Subject to government guidelines

In order help us stay open, we have introduced some safety measures that will hopefully help keep you, your children and our staff members as safe as possible.

These changes include:

• The capacity has been reduced from 25 to 15 children for each play session.

• Face covering is actively encouraged to be worn by everyone over 11 years of age at all times unless seated in the café area.

• NHS Covid-19 QR code available for scanning

• Please pre-book your play slot via our website up to 15 minutes before the start of play, subject to availability. We are no longer able to accept walk-ins.

• Please note that play sessions are amended to allow for additional cleaning between each group.

• The café will be closed 30 minutes after your play session has ended, to enable a thorough clean before the next play session begins. 

• Whilst cleaning is in operation, guests will not be permitted to enter the café. The café will re-open again 5 mins before the start of your booked play session.

• Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines and everyone over the age of 11 to wear a face mask in the play area and in the café (if not sat at a table).

• Infrared thermometer temperature checks (on forehead without contact) upon arrival.

• All adults and children over 5 years old will need to use the hand sanitiser on arrival and when entering and exiting the play area.

• An enhanced, comprehensive cleaning schedule has been introduced to ensure all high touch and high risk areas are thoroughly cleaned between each session.

• All adults and children must wear clean socks in the play area. These are available to purchase on site if forgotten.

• There is a sanitation station in the role play area, feel free to use this to wipe down any toys that may be of concern during play.

• We are now operating a contactless café, cash is no longer accepted.
